A pale pink colour with salmony hues, bright and attractive. The aroma is clean with white flowers and yellow fruit. Clean and intense. On the palate the wine is lively and full flavoured. A well-structured, delightful, easy-to-drink wine. The acidity is balanced and intense and the finish is long, fruity and persistent.

Colour: Attractive salmon pink in a very pale shade. Aroma: Gorgeous aromatics with notes of strawberry and raspberries, with hints of floral notes coupled with a savoury edge. Palate: A crisp and dry Rose. The Pinot Noir has contributed good weight and mouth feel with fine and delicate fruit flavours on the mid palate that are well matched by crisp, fresh acidity. This perfectly balanced clean, crisp and dry Rose can be served with or without food. Best enjoyed while young.

Fresh and fruity, this La Vieille Ferme Rosé has all the characteristics of an attractive summer drop. With notes of fresh fruit and a nice balance between the sweetness and acidity, you can taste the quality of the fruit from the exceptional 2016 vintage.

Fine bright salmon colour. The bouquet is aromatic yet subtle, with notes of orange skin, blossom and red currant. The palate is precise with a tight line of acid. Fresh citrus finish (orange/clementine skin) and beautifully dry and elegant The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks following destemming and a light crush with no maceration. The wine remains on lees in cement tanks for six months prior to bottling. Alberto Graci with sister Elena farm their vineyards on the north face of Mt Etna, at 600 - 660 m.a.s.l. at Arcuria, Passsopisciaro. Fifteen hectares are planted to Nerello Mascalese and 2.5 to Carricante and Catarratto. Part of the vineyard is ungrafted alberello (bush vines) at a total density of 10,000 per hectare. Graci also own an 80 year old vineyard (bush trained) in Contrada Feudo di Mezzo, Passopisciaro at 600 m.a.s.l. In Contrada Barbabecchi at 1000 1100 m.a.s.l. Graci own a 1.5 hectare vineyard planted about 100 years ago which is harvested in November.

This wine is grown, picked and made to be elegant in style, with lifted strawberry Pinot Noir aromas. It is dry, yet succulent wine with fresh acidity and fine texture. A lovely aperitif enjoyed on its own or with lighter foods such as antipasto, pâté or fresh summer seafood.
