Our unique Blue Bvjalie Gin is infused with blue butterfly pea flower for 72 hours to give the Gin a distinctive colour. Distilled with 13 botanicals. When this Gin is mixed with tonic, lemon or lime juice the colour changes dramatically from blue to blosson pink.

Created using hemp seeds, a type of low THC Cannabis sativaplants. We locally source protein-rich ingredients including locally grown Australian Hemp to create gluten-free, lactose-free drinks without chemical additives, providing a natural Hemp highlight. This refined Hemp Gin bottled at 40%, is best enjoyed with a premium mixer or over ice.

Shiraz By Farr is one of Victoria's premier cool-climate Shiraz's, made by the iconic Geelong winemaker, Gary Farr. The nose is incredibly complex showing notes of red and black fruits, spice, black pepper and iodine. In the mouth the wine is incredibly fresh. Wonderfully braced fruit and fine framing tannins and an outstanding length.

Sierra Tequila Antiguo is a 100% de Agave tequila that develops a very particular aroma during its 26-month storage in oak casks. Hints of wild herbs, black pepper and chilli make this an interesting Añejo tequila. Sierra Antiguo Añejo has a warm, deep golden color and is characterized by its aromatic, full-bodied, at the same time, particularly mild and fine taste. The flavour bouquet reveals an interplay of vanilla, oranges, cloves, and pepper, leading up to a fruity finish.

Harmonious and delicate, Le White Label Sec is a perfect introduction to the Lanson Champagne style with its balance between freshness and subtle sweetness. A meticulous selection of the finest Crus of Champagne, a selection of reserve wines spanning 20 years and longer than usual ageing time results in a serious yet approachable wine. Straw Yellow with lively, fine bulles hint at aromas of white flowers, summer pears and mineral notes. The palate is soft, delicate and concentrated with white fruit and mineral notes finishing with alluring and subtle sweetness.
