Penfolds Bin 707

Bin 707 is a Cabernet Sauvignon reflection of Grange, intensely-flavoured fruit, completion of fermentation and maturation in new oak, expressing a Penfolds understanding of multi-vineyard, multi-region fruit sourcing. Bin 707 was first vintaged in 1964. The wine was not made from 1970 to 1975 when fruit was directed to other wines, nor in 1981, 1995, 2000, 2003 or 2011 (when fruit of the required style and quality was not available). Full bodied and with proven cellaring potential, Bin 707 retains a secure place among the ranks of Australias finest Cabernets.

Dom Pérignon Brut Vintage (Luminous Edition)

Dom Pérignon is vintage champagne only. Each vintage is a creation, singular and unique, that expresses both the character of the year, and the character of Dom Pérignon. After at least eight years of elaboration in the cellars, the wine embodies the perfect balance of Dom Pérignon, the Plénitude of harmony. This limited edition 2008 vintage Dom Pérignon Brut Vintage has a luminous label. With the press of a button, the bottle label with light up. 2008 was dominated by grey, overcast skies – an exception in a decade characterized by bold, generous sunshine. Just when the harvest was getting underway, the weather conditions were finally perfect: blue skies and prolonged north-northeasterly winds. The grapes were riper than anyone dared hope, and had truly outstanding balance. The vines were in perfect health. To the bracing acidity, concision and aromatic purity expected of the 2008 vintage, Dom Pérignon adds depth, density and complexity. The light is warmer and less harsh.

Casa Maestri Distillery is a Mexican distillery situated in the heart of the Tequila region, surrounded by blue agave fields in Jalisco. It has become one of the most important distilleries in the region, producing high-quality tequila and other spirits using traditional methods and eco-friendly practices. One of the things that makes Casa Maestri Distillery unique is its commitment to sustainability and its dedication to producing excellent tequila have made it a leader in the industry. The distillery has implemented several eco-friendly practices, such as using recycled water for irrigation, composting agave waste, and generating electricity from solar panels. Casa Maestri Distillery has won several awards for its tequila, including the gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the silver medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition. The Reserva de MFM 100% de Agave Tequilas carry the culture, the Charreria, the Mariachi and the romance and mystery behind the true Mexican heritage all throughout. A traditional method is used in production as 7 year aged blue agaves are cooked in unique old fashioned stone brick ovens. The Blanco does not undergo any ageing and has a medium length finish. Aromas that arise from this tequila are fruity, floral, slightly herbaceous, smell of cooked agave and have a hint of minerality. It has a smooth texture that is peppery, sweet and gives notes of tropical fruits. Their colourful ceramic bottles are artisanal masterpieces designed by Mrs. Celia Maestra and the ceramic artist Oscar Reynoso Becerra from Guadalajara, Jalisco. The profile of this tequila was curated by Michael Maestri along with the prestigious tequila connoisseur Ana Maria Romero. This brand has the Kosher Certificate, is Gluten Free and Low in Carbs.

Domaine Fabien Coche Meursault Les Chevalieres AOC

Created in 1940 and formerly known as Coche-Bizouard, the Domaine Fabien Coche cultivates all the nobility of the great wines of Burgundy. The Domaine Fabien Coche uses traditional methods for the production of its wines: vineyard work, farming, bottling, every step is done so as to ensure production of exception. Les Chevalieres lies just above the village of Meursault where the slope follows at the same altitude as the premier cru’s just a little further south. Chevalieres adjoins Les Luchets which is positioned against the top part of this lieu-dit. Lovely fine floral lift over what is clearly a very deep and rich wine showing obvious real old vine intensity. This is a real step up in intensity and character with the cooler site adding a little more acidity and lift to the wine. A fabulous village Meursault.

On the finish it is smooth, peppery and apple-like with a hint of vanilla leaving you with a lingering sweetness and a touch of bitterness. Their colourful ceramic bottles are artisanal masterpieces designed by Mrs. Celia Maestra and the ceramic artist Oscar Reynoso Becerra from Guadalajara, Jalisco. Doña Celia Añejo Tequila

Doña Celia is a premium tequila brand named after La Catrina, a respected and influential woman in the Mexican town of Atotonilco, Jalisco, where the tequila is produced using traditional techniques and the finest ingredients. This artwork "La Calavera Catrina" was a zinc etching originally created around 1910-1913 by Mexican printmaker José Guadalupe Posada who was known for his images of political and social satire. The engraving mocked those who pretended to be of a higher class even if it meant starving or going without flesh. La Catrina soon became a symbolic figure during the time of the Mexican Revolution being associated with Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a pre-Colombian Meso-American festival of the observance of death and life that is celebrated on November 2nd in all of Mexico, the Yucatan Peninsula and parts of Central America. To this day, Catrina continues to be a significant figure and she is one of the symbols regarding the Day of the Dead however she is also found to be in many books, cartoons, posters, figurines and artwork spanning over 100 years and is globally recognisable. The detailed ceramic bottle of each tequila is reminiscent of her and as a striking display of her elegance and broad-brimmed hat. She lives on and through her story, continues to make footprints of her legacy for all those around her to follow. One look at the beautifully colourful bottle tells you exactly where the tequila is from. Celia Maestri created this brand of artisanal tequilas and hand painted bottles in honour of her elegant and hardworking mother Mrs. Celia Barragan de Villanueva "Case Maestri's grandmother." This Limited Edition 100% de Agave Añejo Tequila is truly one of a kind. It's stand-out bottle is carefully hand crafted and made out of ceramic material. Produced at the Casa Maestri distillery, it’s aged in white oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months resulting in a rich and complex flavour that is sweet and woody. It gives notes of roasted bell pepper, fudge, and brandied cherries with a smooth finish. They utilise traditional slow baking in brick ovens and autoclaves to cook the blue agave hearts, and traditional mills (molinos) to extract the juices from the Agave. This extraordinary Añejo tequila comes from the most awarded tequila distillery in Mexico.
