The Prisoner Wine Company, Unshackled Cabernet Sauvignon is an award winning youthful and fresh wine withfresh aromas of blackberry,blackcurrants, and a hint of olive tapenade. The palateis filled with more dark stone notes, subtle clove, anddried herbs with soft but structured tannins.

Our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is bright and fresh, with passionfruit and citrus aromas on offer. Flavours of lime and grapefruit with a touch of melon leave you wanting more. The mouthfeel is textural with a touch of complexity provided by a small barrel ferment component. Our tasty and bright Sauvignon Blanc is nicely matched to a well-seasoned charcoal baked whole Barramundi with a rocket and pear balsamic salad. This is a terrifically versatile wine which pairs with a wide range of foods.

He crafts wines of sophistication, each with the perfect balance of elegance, power and grace. Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through our historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. Brimming with blackcurrant and black cherry nuances and with layers of spice and tobacco on the nose, this is a powerful expression of the variety. Lashings of blackcurrant on the palate are complemented by lengthy, fine grained tannins and hints of cedar oak from twelve months ageing in French oak.

Vibrant ruby red, with some purple. Aromas of red fruits and spice - typical of the variety, are lifted and an immediately striking characteristic. On the palate, spicy and savoury Nero d’Avola is balanced with some solid Shiraz fruit sweetness and depth. Some characteristic crispness on the finish leaves no doubt as to the wine’s origin.
