Bright ruby/ crimson colour with purple hue. Mild and aromatic bouquet of summer pudding with floral wafts. The medium bodied palate is ripe and smooth, lead by dark Satsuma Plum flavour along with delicious juicy ripe Mulberries and comforting Cinnamon spice with a hint of cedar oak. It has a crisp line of acidity that finishes with a lingering embrace of peppery warmth. Though it will drinks well now, it should cellar for 5 to 7 years. Its versatility means that it can be paired with virtually any food, but perfect with pan-fried duck breast, crispy pork or roasted vegetables.

It bursts with bright red-currant and cherry fruit, cinnamon, cloves, cracked pepper and drying violets with a savory earthy undertone. The palate is plush but neatly packaged with savory, focused tannins and crunchy berry fruit. The spicy French oak does show on both the nose and the palate but it adds rather than detracts. Drink this young and slightly chilled as a light alternative to charred barbecue fare.

Abundantly aromatic with pink grapefruit, gooseberry and kaffir lime intertwined with complex, crisp flavours of nettle, passionfruit, talc and lime zest. Beautifully balanced with a layered, generous mid-palate roundness. The 2023 vintage is arguably our finest yet and has all the tropical elements of Sauvignon but intertwined with a lingering line of refreshing acidity and a richer mouthfeel.

The palate has fresh blue and dark berry fruit flavours, floral herb characters, along with hints of cocoa and cedary oak. It is medium bodied and flows through the palate with a nice line of fine tannin and has a good persistence of fruit.

Palate Excellent shiraz styling with a sense of purity – comfortable, generous flavours that reflect the introductory summer fruit and berry aromas without being over-ridden by oak or heavy-handed winemaking.
