The Gardens of Moppa wines are an expression of the wines from the Barossa sub region of Moppa. The fruit is sourced from a blend of vineyards.Deep crimson purple. Dark, glossy, concentrated and spicy purple berries and integrated oak. Very composed entry with spiced plum compote, deep-set tannins and plenty of toasty oak. Very deep and firm making it an iron fist in a velvet glove.

Intensely aromatic and incredibly fine and silky textured. An intense orange tea character is beautifully underpinned by savoury gamey notes with touches of cinnamon and anise

When Giuseppe and Pietro Simi immigrated to Northern California, they settled in Sonoma County because it reminded them of their native Tuscany where wine had been made for centuries. In 1876, they founded SIMI in Healdsburg, California. Today, there still making wine from diverse Sonoma County grapes in the same stone cellar built in 1890. The palate is zesty with fresh flavours of tangerine, lemon curd, stone fruit, white peach and nectarine framed by sweet toast and vanilla followed with wet-stone minerality and orange peel on the finish. A classic Peninsula Chardonnay with richness and complexity and underlying elegance. Peach and tropical fruit aromas combine well with nutty creamy oak and the palate is full flavoured and long.

A collaboration between French winemaker Gille Lapalus and Australian bartender Shaun Byrne, Maidenii combines the best of both nations. The two men have worked carefully to capture the natural flavours - which include wormwood and wine sourced from Victoria.

Bursting with blackcurrant and blueberries, this wine shows the typical characters found in the Western side of the Barossa- chocolate/mocha and black pepper, but with a surprising freshness to the wine. Frankincense and blackberries jump out of the glass, along with a slight leafiness, which comes from the whole bunch component in the wine. Soft and juicy on the palate, but with a backbone of tannin from the whole bunches that draws the wine across the palate giving it length and precision.

From cool slopes 530 metres above sea level in the Snowy Mountains, comes a classy Chardonnay that strikes a balance between fresh fruit and French oak. Generous nectarine and rockmelon aromas on the nose; characteristic Tumbarumba crispness on the palate, with fresh stone fruit flavours and a hint of honey on the way to a clean finish. Matured in 15% new French oak. Gold medals around the world (including at the International Wine & Spirits Awards and the Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge) underline the appeal of genuinely cool-climate Australian Chardonnay.
