Morgan's Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc is a classic Adelaide Hills style with powerful nectarine, citrus and white peach fruits. Quite a full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc yet retains it's cool climate elegance with a long finish. The wines bottled under the Morgan's Label have been sourced from a select group of small growers in the Adelaide Hills since 2010, the first of which was Owen Morgan. Originally the Morgan's label was based around a single vineyard high in the Adelaide Hills near Lenswood, but is now a regional blend, picking out the best of the Hills. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc is the focus, but with the occasional spicy Shiraz for good measure.

Isabel Estate Sauvignon Blanc

Isabel Estate is an always much sought after Sauvignon Blanc and is regarded as one of the jewels of Marlborough. Winemaking inputs such as barrel ferment and lees ageing contribute to it's complexity.

Botter Prosecco DOC

Typical Italian Prosecco Spumante, crisp and delicate perlage. Pale light yellow colour, delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes that remind of peach, green apple with second notes of acacia and lilac. Fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body; harmonic with a long persistent aftertaste.

Colab & Bloom Tempranillo

This Colab and Bloom Tempranillo 2016 is smooth and charming; aromas of juicy dark plums with herbs and spices. Contrasting but balanced flavours of cherries and leather. An earthy sweet vanilla finish with velvet tannins.

Rapaura Springs Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

The journey for the Rapaura Springs wines begins far from the vineyards where the earth claims a share of the Wairau River. After a six month journey, the water is released to a spring that weaves through the vineyard, and provides the crystal clear, pure water for the vines. It also informs Rapura Springs' philosophy that quality begins in the vineyard. They took out top honour in 2015, recognised at the London international Wine & Spirits Competition as the Best Sauvignon Blanc Producer and NZ Winemaker of the Year. With classic tropical notes as well as citrus and fresh herbs on the pallet, the Rapaura Springs Sauvignon Blanc combines complexity and structure with clean cut acidity, providing an exceptional premium style at an affordable price point. Paringa Estate Chardonnay

A classic Peninsula Chardonnay with richness and complexity and underlying elegance. Peach and tropical fruit aromas combine well with nutty creamy oak and the palate is full flavoured and long.

Selaks Taste Collection Buttery Chardonnay

Selaks called this Chardonnay Buttery because it is smooth, creamy and simply melts in your mouth. The beautifully integrated toasty oak results in flavours of brioche and vanilla, while still enabling the delightful ripe stone fruit characters to shine through. Stunning with crayfish or pumpkin risotto.

Selaks Taste Collection Honeysuckle Pinot Gris

This wine has a fresh fruit medley of pear, green apple, and honesuckle with layers of spice and florals. A truly enjoyable drop.

Tyrrell's Old Winery Chardonnay

A lovely approachable Chardonnay from one of the most famous wineries in Australia. White peach and creamy oak notes are followed by soft rich stone fruit characters on the palate. Great value!

Risky Business Mount Barker Luxe Riesling

An “off dry” wine with mouth filling sweetness bursting with lemon, lime and apple blossom, balanced perfectly by bright acidity that finishes dry with great length. Perfectly paired with Asian cuisine, especially if it has a bit of spice.
