Abundantly aromatic with pink grapefruit, gooseberry and kaffir lime intertwined with complex, crisp flavours of nettle, passionfruit, talc and lime zest. Beautifully balanced with a layered, generous mid-palate roundness. The 2023 vintage is arguably our finest yet and has all the tropical elements of Sauvignon but intertwined with a lingering line of refreshing acidity and a richer mouthfeel.

Hints of spicy vanilla introduce this extra dry, medium-bodied wine. Balanced acidity frames notes of ripe pear, toast, and vanilla. The finish is of medium length, featuring honey and toasted oak notes that are balanced by a touch of lemony acidity.

A heady mix of exotic fruit and citrus with herbaceous notes. The palate is balanced, with clean minerality and generous citrus character. Tight acidity gives the wine a distinct freshness. The oak is understated yet adds complexity and depth, whilst the extended lees contact creates textural richness, intensifying the luscious herbaceous characters.

This Colab and Bloom Tempranillo 2016 is smooth and charming; aromas of juicy dark plums with herbs and spices. Contrasting but balanced flavours of cherries and leather. An earthy sweet vanilla finish with velvet tannins.
