A classic Riesling nose of lime and white flowers, with a hint of yuzu citrus too. Time in the glass brings more stone fruit characters - white peach and nectarine and a fine, underlying mineral touch. The palate is lively and dry, still dominated by citrus fruits : lime zest and lemon with this exotic hint of white peach, and a clear mineral touch which carries through to the long finish. Our Riesling is planted essentially in the locality of Bollenberg and in the vines of Saering and Kessler, and also in the young vineyards of the Kitterlé. Slow pneumatic pressing, static racking. Fermentation in thermo-regulated tus for one to four months. Matured on lees during six to eight months. Domaines Schlumberger is a family vineyard established in 1810. Nowadays, it is run by two generations working side by side for a better handover: Alain Beydon-Schlumberger, 6th generation, Séverine and Thomas Schlumberger, 7th generation. All of their wines are estate-grown and produced on site. With an exceptional location, situated on the steep hillsides of the Vosges, the vineyard benefits from the best exposures; Its slopes can reach 50°. Because of the Vineyards topography and the soil composition the yields are much lower than average for the region : 45 hl/ha for the entire Domaine. Even today, all vineyard work is carried out with teams of horses, who can navigate the steep slopes. 30 hectares are farmed biodynamically, to ensure great quality wines for the future generations.

This fine elegant Riesling has aromas of lime juice and honey blossom while the palate offers excellent fruit weight with minerally flavours that linger on the finish. Drinking beautifully and sure to age well.

The lively palate shows lime, lemon and spice with hints of crushed apple. Mouth watering laser like acidity will ensure this wine will live for many years. A single vineyard wine sourced from the Westering vineyard opposite Lake George. The grapes were hand harvested at 11.3 Baume and whole bunch pressed. Juice was cool fermented in stainless steel and the wine held on light lees until bottling in July 2018. Situated in the picturesque Hall Valley, in the Murrumbidgee River corridor, just outside the ACT, the Nick O'Leary estate incorporates a modern winemaking facility and a mature five hectare vineyard. Since their beginnings, well over a decade ago, their focus has always been to make hand worked Shiraz and Riesling wines that truly exhibit the character of the region as well as expressing Nick's unique personality and style. His wines have received high profile recognition at a national and international level including the prestigious Stodart Trophy in 2014 and the NSW Wine of the Year in both 2014 and 2015 the latter being the first and only time in the awards 20-year history that the accolade has been received multiple times by a single producer, let alone in consecutive years.

We made no wine from our NSW vineyards due to extreme smoke taint concentrations from the bushfires that ravaged our region from December to late January 2020. With this on our minds we headed west, as far as we could go to look for fruit and winemaking space. Luckily lots of industry colleagues stepped up to help and we found ourselves with options from Swan valley, Margaret and Frankland rivers and the deep south vineyards of Porongurup. This is one of a pair of multi-region blends based on the fruit from this wonderful old vineyard in the Swan valley near Perth. Dry grown, bush vines, quite hot area very reminiscent of Spain and Portugal. Our Long Way Around Bianco is mostly Trebbiano, one of ItalyÕs most versatile and widely planted varieties that goes by many synonyms right across Europe. A short time on skins and then barrel fermented. This was blended with Gewurztraminer from Frankland and Riesling from Porongurup, respectively adding exotic aromas and acidity.

Mount Horrocks Watervale Riesling is a classic white wine produced using the highest quality Riesling fruit, which has been admired and recognized not only in Australia, but by wine aficionados all over the world. It is pale and bright, with a pleasantly fragrant bouquet of floral honeysuckle intertwined with lemon aromas that leap from each glass. Every sip reminds you of the brightness and joy of spring as the wine is refreshing and bright with crispy lemon and lime flavours. Elegantly stunning, it has a long and dry finish. Goat cheese and crab salad are perfect food pairings for this wine.

This 2018 offers instant enjoyment but can also age gracefully. Fresh and juicy with enticing vibrancy, the wine opens with bright green apple peel and ripe citrus (almost sherbet) fruit with a precise and direct flintstone minerality. The palate is sweet but not cloying, rather leaving the mouth refreshed and ready for more. The ripe generous fruit is tamed by a lovely phenolic backbone and tasty acidity.
