Single block Riesling from our East Coast Hazards vineyard. The Devil's Corner Resolution Riesling would be perfect with a range of seafood dishes. Lightly battered whiting fillets seared with a garden salad and a lime vinaigrette would be perfect. As would a roasted lemon infused chicken with an Asian slaw. Don't forget the oysters or calamari!

Conceived as a white wine development program, the Bin 51 Riesling soon became one of Penfolds' star performers. Eden Valley is an obvious choice of region for Riesling due to the higher altitude and cool climate. The wine offers delicate aromas of fresh cut apples and pears with a twist of lemon and minerality towards the end. A great deal of fruits and acidity makes for an interesting white wine with propensity to age gracefully if carefully cellared.

Frankland River is one of WA's most respected Riesling producers. This wine shows classic lemon and lime varietal characters with terrific fruit intensity and great cellaring potential.

For John Hughes, the attraction to Riesling is all encompassing. The überblanc Riesling is attributed to a über 2001 vintage, winemaker Nick Glaetzer experienced in the Pflaz region of Germany, learning first hand some of the award winning techniques used by their winemakers. Tasmanian grapes sourced for the wine display the core elements, highly regarded by the Pflaz winemakers for or elegantly structured and balanced Riesling. Delicate lime zest and floral aromas fill the glass. Further citrus flavours develop on the fresh mineral structure, enhanced by the juicy fruit flavours.

Best's Great Western has really made its mark over the years as one of the country's finest. The vibrantly mixed aromas of citrus, white blossom and lime, are the highlights. Love the youthfulness of a great Riesling yet in good cellaring conditions this wine will be rewarding to cellar.

This fine elegant Riesling has aromas of lime juice and honey blossom while the palate offers excellent fruit weight with minerally flavours that linger on the finish. Drinking beautifully and sure to age well.
