The Estate Range 'Cool Climate' Chardonnay shows a great concentration of white peach, nectarine and white flower blossom on the nose. There are tropical fruits such as pineapple, honeydew and ripe peach that seamlessly integrate with a firm structured acidity on the palate. This wine has a great clean finish and is ideal to drink now or for careful medium-term cellaring.

This wine is bright straw in colour. Aromas of peach, papaya and apricot jump from the glass with subtle notes of oak in the wake. The palate is full bodied and fruity with great texture and a delightful creaminess as a result of four months on yeast lees. Served perfectly with creamy fish pie with a side of green beans. A Yarra Valley chardonnay from the cooler Coldstream Sub-region off Spring Lane (Yarra Valley. Handpicked and whole bunch pressed with full solids to 800L Rousseau muids and older barrels, fermented with indigenous yeasts and left sur lees for 8 months before being bottled unfiltered and unfined.

A beautifully clean, pure nose of ripemelon, lemon zest, white peach and toast with tracesof baked apple and shortbread. Lovely freshness in themouth and excellent cleansing acidity with notes ofpear, apple and lime with a beautiful soft, creamyfinish.
