The Pinot Noir grows on loamy soil and a calcareous the subsoil, which gives to this wine chalky-mineral content. The ageing in barrels is very interesting on those kinds of Pinots that have a lot of finesse: it will afford to enhance delicate toasted aroma thanks to the “micro-oxidation” brought by the barrel.

High drinkability, suitable for many occasions, but still with the distinguishable elegance and finesse of a blanc de blancs champagne, smoothness and crisp acidity on the palate.
