Champagne Philipponnat Clos des Goisses L.V. (Disg. TBC)
Dom Pérignon Brut Vintage
Dom Pérignon is the most famous Champagne in the world, and for good reason. The bouquet sparkles with delicate fresh violets in a setting of white peaches. The soft delicate flavours continue while the senses are tickled by the most delicate of fine bubbles. Though this is such a fine delicate wine, the complexity is astounding, along with its length. Stunning.
Champagne Taittinger Sec Nocturne Non-Vintage
APPEARANCE: The body is pale yellow in colour with shimmering highlights. The bubbles form a delicate ring of fine foam. AROMA: The subtle and delicate bouquet reveals the delightful aromas of yellow peaches and dried apricots. The entry is smooth and creamy, yet very crisp. PALATE: The palate gives way to flavours of raisins and fruits in syrup. The long and smooth finish is distinctively sweet and full of flavour. A mature, rich and round wine, Nocturne is also exceptionally smooth and creamy.

Pierre Gimonnet & Fils Cuvee Rose De Blancs 1er Cru Brut Non-Vintage
The champagnes of Pierre Gimonnet & Fils are intricately assembled by masterful hands exclusively from enviably positioned and painstakingly tended old vines. Every cuvee sings its aspiration of 'precision, purity and minerality’, each speaking articulately of its place in the northern Cote des Blancs through expressive, chalky minerality, without one molecule of detail out of place.
