Bright, pale pink colour. Expressive nose of red berries aromas. Very well balanced on the palate mixing freshness with orchard fruits hints.

Turkey Flat Rosé is a blend of four varieties in which each adds it's own particular character. Dominated by Grenache, this revolutionary Rosé has cherry, strawberry and herbal notes with fresh acidity and just the right amount of fresh fruit sweetness to carry it off. Perfect on it's own or matched with a plate of freshly barbecued prawns.

Very pale pink colour. Intense nose. Very fruity (white stone fruit, pomegranate, cherry, strawberry), with a delicate floral finish. In the mouth it is smooth, balanced, unctuous, and lively, with a character and persistence that are surprising given the wine’s delicate appearance.

Fine bright salmon colour. The bouquet is aromatic yet subtle, with notes of orange skin, blossom and red currant. The palate is precise with a tight line of acid. Fresh citrus finish (orange/clementine skin) and beautifully dry and elegant The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks following destemming and a light crush with no maceration. The wine remains on lees in cement tanks for six months prior to bottling. Alberto Graci with sister Elena farm their vineyards on the north face of Mt Etna, at 600 - 660 m.a.s.l. at Arcuria, Passsopisciaro. Fifteen hectares are planted to Nerello Mascalese and 2.5 to Carricante and Catarratto. Part of the vineyard is ungrafted alberello (bush vines) at a total density of 10,000 per hectare. Graci also own an 80 year old vineyard (bush trained) in Contrada Feudo di Mezzo, Passopisciaro at 600 m.a.s.l. In Contrada Barbabecchi at 1000 1100 m.a.s.l. Graci own a 1.5 hectare vineyard planted about 100 years ago which is harvested in November.

Just west of the Auburn township, our estate vineyard is set on a southern-facing, rocky site that is perfect for nurturing cool climate fruit characters in both red and white varieties. Our rosé is a distinctive, fresh style made from merlot that has been managed in the vineyard specifically to express amazing flavour while still retaining palate excitement and aromatic lift. Merlot, in fact, works a treat in this style, a softer, plumper red wine grape that when picked at just the right rosé ripeness gives you great flavour with a vivacious personality, further enhanced in the winery without any oak maturation and overt winemaking influence. "Merlot is coming back, I say and hear often. And bottling it as rosé might offer this polarising grape variety a carte blanche. Deep salmon colour and matching sweet red fruit profile. Strawberry and cranberry mingle with spice and creamy Greek yoghurt. It is on the sweeter side, showing generous red fruits and ripe pink grapefruit. Mechanical harvesting. Low temperature pressing with gas inerting. Must fermented and short matured in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats on fine lees to preserve freshness and fruits aroma. Fruits dominate on the nose, with aromas of white and red fruits. Round in the mouth with lots of volume on the palate and a lovely freshness on the finish. Pair with seafood dishes; Octopus carpaccio with olive oil and lime, Anchovy and sardine pissaladière, Sea bream ceviche with pomegranate, Seafood soup with saffron.

A vibrant pink fizz with fresh strawberries and soft plums. Its made from Merlot grapes grown at our cool climate Canyonleigh vineyard. A fun wine to celebrate this summer.
