The Gardens of Moppa wines are an expression of the wines from the Barossa sub region of Moppa. The fruit is sourced from a blend of vineyards.Deep crimson purple. Dark, glossy, concentrated and spicy purple berries and integrated oak. Very composed entry with spiced plum compote, deep-set tannins and plenty of toasty oak. Very deep and firm making it an iron fist in a velvet glove.

Paringa Estate Estate Shiraz

A classic Paringa Estate Shiraz balancing restraint and power. Blackcurrant pastille, raspberry licorice, a hint of tobacco, spice and a redcurrant lift on the nose. The palate has a generous black fruit core supported by an abundance of fine grained tannins and acid line.

Whistler Shiver Barossa Valley Shiraz

Bursting with blackcurrant and blueberries, this wine shows the typical characters found in the Western side of the Barossa- chocolate/mocha and black pepper, but with a surprising freshness to the wine. Frankincense and blackberries jump out of the glass, along with a slight leafiness, which comes from the whole bunch component in the wine. Soft and juicy on the palate, but with a backbone of tannin from the whole bunches that draws the wine across the palate giving it length and precision.
