Domaine Méo-Camuzet, situated in the charming village of Vosne-Romanée in the esteemed Côte de Nuits region, stands as a revered wine producer. Etienne offered portions of his estate to various sharecroppers for cultivation. It was not until 1986 when Jean-Nicholas Méo took charge of the estate that a strategic vision was set in motion to reclaim the vineyards from the sharecroppers. Jean-Nicholas aimed to regain control over the land, ultimately leading to the production of estate-grown fruit and bottling under the Méo-Camuzet label. An instrumental figure in this reacquisition process was the iconic Burgundy producer, Henri Jayer. For approximately four decades, Jayer had worked the domaine's land under his own label. Following his retirement in 1988, Jayer graciously provided guidance and advice to Jean-Nicholas during the process of reclaiming the vines. Notably, Méo-Camuzet now proudly holds 14 hectares (35 acres) of vineyards, including a portion of the revered Cros Parantoux Premier Cru site, made famous by Jayer himself. While Méo-Camuzet strives to farm its vineyards as organically as possible, the estate has deliberately chosen not to pursue certification. This decision allows the winemakers the freedom to adapt their approach based on the unique characteristics of each vintage. In addition to their prestigious grand cru wines, Méo-Camuzet also produces a selection of premier cru wines from vineyards along the Côte de Nuits. Furthermore, they offer a range of village-level and Bourgogne wines, ensuring a diverse and exciting collection. Domaine Des Comtes Lafon Monthelie Les Duresses

Domaine des Comtes Lafon is a renowned wine producer located in Meursault, Burgundy. The estate is celebrated for crafting exceptional and highly sought-after white wines made from Chardonnay grapes. In addition to Meursault, the domaine also owns vineyards in Chassagne-Montrachet, Volnay and Monthélie. One of the notable features of Domaine des Comtes Lafon is its deep and cold cellars, which are the most extensive in Burgundy. These cellars foster the production of some of Burgundy's greatest dry white wines. Dominique Lafon, the leading producer in Meursault, is responsible for creating wines of astonishing depth and complexity while maintaining superb balance. The history of the estate dates back to 1869 when the Boch family built the house and cellar at Clos de la Barre. However, it was Comte Jules Lafon, who married Mademoiselle Marie Boch in 1894, that truly established the domaine. Comte Jules Lafon had the foresight to acquire exceptionally well-situated plots in the finest vineyards of Meursault, Volnay,and even a treasured piece of Le Montrachet in 1919. Dominique Lafon took over the estate in 1985, inheriting a domaine that already had a reputation for outstanding white wines, as well as the potential for good reds. When he assumed control, most of the vineyards were leased out on a share-cropping basis. It was only towards the end of the 1980s that Lafon managed to reclaim all the vineyards, allowing him full responsibility for their cultivation. The domaine's holdings are not only in the finest vineyards of Meursault and Volnay, but they are also strategically situated within these vineyards. Today, the domaine follows biodynamic principles, eschewing herbicides and chemical sprays in their viticultural practices. All the wines undergo barrel fermentation, with new oak used for the premier crus and higher. After malolactic fermentation, only one racking takes place and the wines are bottled nearly two years after the vintage. This late bottling is one of the latest in Burgundy. The wines of Domaine des Comtes Lafon represent the pinnacle of White Burgundy, characterized by superlative fruit, power, complexity and perfect harmony. The red wines, including those from Volnay and Monthélie, also showcase exceptional quality. Les Duresses is a premier cru vineyard situated on the western side of the Monthélie appellation in the Côte de Beaune region of Burgundy. Spanning 6.7 hectares, the vineyard primarily cultivates Pinot Noir with a small portion dedicated to Chardonnay on the upper slope. Bordering its counterpart in Auxey-Duresses, the vineyard benefits from a terroir composed of pebbly marl with clay, particularly lower down the slope. The presence of Argovian limestone in the soil contributes to the minerality found in wines from Les Duresses. The vineyard's steep hillside location, facing east, grants the vines morning sunlight while sheltering them from the intense afternoon sun, resulting in a relatively cool mesoclimate. The Monthélie portion of Les Duresses produces predominantly red wines, while a few notable white examples can also be found. Domaine Chanson Le Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Domaine Chanson Le Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2021 vintage has a bright red colouring in the glass. Scents of violet mixed with crunchy aromas of ripe cherries and strawberries on a hint of spice. Complex and full of energy. Tight texture on a very pure fruit. Long aftertaste with spicy nuances. Super classic Burgundy, ideal with braised and roasted meats, as well as meat-sauced pastas and regional cheeses (Comté, Epoisses, Citeaux). After a mild winter, spring settled down in March with very warm temperatures. May and June were warm and dry. Summer was warm and dry as well and punctuated by several heat waves and a few thunderstorms épisodes which brought some water. All the plots with a soil combination of clay were less sensitive to the hydric stress and lack of water. The harvest started around August 20 in Burgundy, an historically precocious date for the region. At Chanson, they started on August 23 under a bright sunshine. The red wines are crunchy, energetic, lively with a pure fruit.

Bubb+Pooley Wines is a venture born out of passion and expertise. Justin Bubb and Anna Pooley, both with over 20 years of experience in winemaking across the globe, have finally decided to release their own wines. After working with premium vineyards throughout Tasmania, they are now collaborating with exceptional vineyards and people across the state to produce wines that connect with their philosophy of making wine from the ground up. Their use of concrete vessels is not an experiment but a traditional style of vessel that has been used for centuries in the Old World. Each shape has been chosen specifically to enhance the texture of the varietal within them and these beautiful, handcrafted vessels will last lifetimes. At Bubb+Pooley Wines, sustainability threads through and underpins their approach to everything they do. All of their decisions are focused on how they can do things better in order to minimize their impact on the environment. Their wines are raw, expressive and speak of place. The Coal River Valley wine region is located in Clarence, Tasmania, just northeast of Hobart. It was named after the first village that discovered coal in the area. The majority of grapes are grown on northern slopes and the region produces high-quality Pinot noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon blanc. The cool climate alluvial and sandy soils with a high concentration of clay sandstone provide a unique terroir for the wines. Bubb + Pooley WKR Vineyard Pinot Noir 2022 is a high-quality wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from three vineyards in the Coal River Valley region of Tasmania, Australia. The Brinktop Vineyard in Sorell, the Pressing Matters vineyard in Richmond, and the Bubb + Pooley vineyard on White Kangaroo Road all contribute to the unique flavour profile of this wine. The grapes were carefully handpicked and wild-yeast fermented with 10% whole bunches over a period of 25 days. The wine was then matured for 9 months in a combination of concrete (30%) and French oak puncheons (70%), with 20% new oak. This maturation process has given the wine a complex and well-rounded flavour. One of the unique features of this wine is that it is bottled unfired, making it vegan friendly. This is because no animal products were used in the process of clarifying the wine. The Bubb + Pooley WKR Vineyard Pinot Noir 2022 is made from 22-year-old vines at the vineyard on White Kangaroo Road. This gives the wine a depth of character that can only come from mature vines. In the glass, the Bubb + Pooley WKR Vineyard Pinot Noir 2022 displays a vibrant ruby red hue, hinting at the wine's youthful freshness and vitality. Domaine Armand Rousseau Chambertin Grand Cru

With its distinctive East meets West blue and gold 1932-designed label, Rousseaus Chambertin is one of Burgundys and the worlds greatest and most sought after wines. With 2.56ha of Chambertin acquired at various times since the 1920s Rousseau is the largest owner of this historic 12.90 ha Grand Cru that lies between Latricieres Chambertin to the south and Clos de Bèze to the north at between 275-300 metres. Along with Rousseaus equally mesmerizing Clos de Bèze, the Chambertin is always amongst the best and most long-lived wines of any vintage and even when young you barely notice the 100% new wood given its power and complexity.

Moss Wood are not know for their Pinot Noir, however this is a fine a unique expression of region and variety. A fruit bomb of rich and integrated flavours of cherry, spice, charry oak and silky finesse on the finish. The flavours pop and linger in the mouth long after the wine has left it.
