Verget Vin de France Rouge Tinus Rouge d'une Nuit

Dopff Au Moulin Alsace Pinot Noir

For five centuries, the name Dopff and the majestic medieval town of Riquewihr in Alsace's Upper Rhine, have been inextricable. Since 1574, the Dopffs have dedicated themselves to the art of producing great Alsace wines from vineyards in and around picturesque Riquewihr. The current winemakers at Dopff represent the eleventh generation of the family to cultivate the vine and make wine on their Alsace estate. Dopff have also enjoyed an unbroken trading partnership with Dan Murphys since the mid-1950s. Totally unoaked, to allow the delicacy and freshness of the fruit to shine, the colour is true red-violet robe. The nose is delicate and expressive with notes of red fruit and spices. The palate shows a lovely fruity attack of red berries, and the wine finishes harmoniously with great freshness.

A velvety Burgundian style Pinot Noir, with aromas of red fruits and sweet spice with a full rounded palate of rich dark cherry fruit and a balanced blend of toasty oak.

A Glass of Studebaker Pinot Noir Bagnum

Balanced fruit on the nose and then a line of spice through the middle of the palate. Plus, great acidity which makes his Pinot very good friends with food. Drink with Beef Carpaccio, Beef Tartare or with anything you want to throw on a BBQ.
