Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon
Penfolds Bin 407 began life back in 1993 with the release of the 1990 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon. Created as a result of the availability of high quality Cabernet fruit, Bin 407 is inspired by its older brother, Bin 707. Not only offering varietal definition, but also approachability, structure and depth of flavour. The Bin 407 highlights the Penfolds approach to multi-region, multi-vineyard blending to create a Cabernet that rewards the drinker in both early and later years.
Pepper Tree Limited Release Coonawarra Cabernet
Selected from the best rows off our small vineyard in the world famous Coonawarra wine region. The renowned quality of Coonawarra is a product of its thin rocky soils and underlying soft crumbly limestone which naturally produces balanced vine canopies and small crops of intensely flavoured fruit. Displaying delicate black and red fruits with lifted spice and floral notes. A finely structured Cabernet that will gain further complexity with cellaring.

Evans & Tate Redbrook Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Born and bred in Margaret River, Evans & Tate Redbrook Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful, classic expression of the regions famed Cabernets. Textural and expertly structured, it is aged in minimum new French oak to lend a lightly spiced character. Perfumed with notes of tobacco and mint, the wine tastes of olive, plum and blackberry on the palate. As with the best of Margaret River Cabernets, this will age gracefully for decades.
Chateau de La Jaubertie Cuvee Mirabelle rouge
Aromas feature a spiced Melange of dark fruits boysenberry, blackberries, back currents) , that lead to a very firm, structured, mid-weight palate with dense forest floor favours and a hint of Brambles and cedar oak.
