Fortified Wine

Toro Albalá Don PX Convento Selección

Po' Di Poli Elegante Grappa Elegant Pinot

Toro Albala Poley Fino del Lagar 10 Años Non-Vintage Non-Vintage

15%ABV. Toro Albalá's Eléctrico solera produces a superb, complex and powerful Fino with vivid aromas and flavours of green apple, lemon peel, grilled almond, and iodine. One of the keys to understanding this wine is that it has not been fortified, i.e., it only has the natural alcohol from its primary fermentation. This makes for a particularly pure and vinous expression of Fino. It’s also made from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes, which brings texture and depth. This offers an invitingly layered mid-palate and a round finish that sets it apart from Jerezano Fino and Manzanilla. However, there is still plenty of that bright, chalky crackle—so distinctive of the Fino style and the local chalky soils. The freshness is, well, electrico! As always, this is an absolute bargain.

Penfolds Great Grandfather Rare Tawny

Arguably one of the greatest Australian Tawny Ports, Penfolds Great Grandfather is a refinement of the reserve material used for the Grandfather Tawny. With an average age of 15 years, fruit is picked from vines that are 166 years old. For serious port-lovers this is heaven.

Po' Di Poli Morbida Grappa Smooth Moscato

La Valdotaine Torrette Grappa

Emilio Lustau Vors Palo Cortado Non-Vintage

Coppery topaz in colour. Vibrant nutty pecan aromas. Slightly bitter hints in the mouth, reminiscent of dark chocolate, with great length. Emilio Lustau is one of Spain's greatest Sherry bodegas and is named after Don Emilio Lustau Ortega who founded the family estate in 1896. Renowned for the quality of their Sherries, Emilio Lustau is probably best known for pioneering the Almacenista system, whereby individual dry Sherries are produced from small private holdings. These are bottled under Lustau's name but with the individual bodegas name on the label as well. In addition to their standard range of wines the estate also produces a stellar range of limited edition and Solera Reserva sherries which are amongst the finest wines in the region. A stellar producer of this famous wine style.
