Fortified Wine

Morris Old Premium Rare Tawny Non-Vintage

Only the best vintages are selected for the Old Premium Rare range. The art lies in the blending of very old and much younger vintages, to impart intense, concentrated and luscious flavours with aged complexity, complemented by fresh fruit characters from younger wines. The 2019 release has been crafted in celebration of our 160th anniversary, released in strictly limited quantities of exactly 160 cases.

Morris Old Premium Rare Liqueur Topaque Non-Vintage

Five times Gold medal winner, Morris Old Premium Rare Liqueur Topaque is one of the best wines produced from Muscadelle grapes. The wine has an opaque sienna brown-black colour with olive green hues. It's wonderfully deep on the bouquet, exhibiting honey and butterscotch aromas with a nutty edge. A rich concentration of Muscat, caramel and burnt citrus flavours can be sensed on its palate, with a smooth and silky tannin structure. All in all, it's a perfect Topaque for all occasions and tastes best with cakes and cream.

Penfolds Great Grandfather Rare Tawny N V

Henriques & Henriques Terrantez 20 Year Old Non-Vintage

Taylors Vintage Port

Toro Albalá Don PX Pedro Ximenez

Fonseca Vintage Port

Intense black inky core and narrow purple rim. The nose opens onto a dense brooding mass of dark blackberry and blackcurrant fruit. Compact and concentrated, it also displays exceptional purity - one of the hallmarks of the 2011 vintage. The nose gradually opens to reveal an array of heady herbal scents, discreet notes of exotic wood, marzipan and plum as well as an attractive graphite minerality. Solid well integrated tannins give both volume and firmness to the palate with its reserves of dense black fruit infused with dark chocolate and liquorice. A vigorous, concentrated fruit-driven Vintage Port, showing the classic opulence of Fonseca.

Emilio Lustau Vors Palo Cortado Non-Vintage

Coppery topaz in colour. Vibrant nutty pecan aromas. Slightly bitter hints in the mouth, reminiscent of dark chocolate, with great length. Emilio Lustau is one of Spain's greatest Sherry bodegas and is named after Don Emilio Lustau Ortega who founded the family estate in 1896. Renowned for the quality of their Sherries, Emilio Lustau is probably best known for pioneering the Almacenista system, whereby individual dry Sherries are produced from small private holdings. These are bottled under Lustau's name but with the individual bodegas name on the label as well. In addition to their standard range of wines the estate also produces a stellar range of limited edition and Solera Reserva sherries which are amongst the finest wines in the region. A stellar producer of this famous wine style.

Quinta do Noval 20 Year Old Tawny Port

Quinta do Noval is an astonishing wine estate, with a rare combination of deep history and innovation. Founded in 1715, it has changed hands just twice over 300 years. The most important thing to understand about Quinta do Noval is, that unlike the other famous names in the world of Port, Noval is a single estate, a single vineyard, a producer that controls every step of production from vine to bottle. The Quinta do Noval 20 Year Old Tawny Port is made entirely from fruit cropped from the Quinta do Noval estate, so this is a step up in quality as well as age from the 10 year old. In Port and the Douro, Richard Mayson has referred to this category as, “the epitome of balance combining freshness and delicacy with the secondary toasted almond and walnut complexity from ageing in wood.” Noval’s contribution to the 20-year-old field is pure premier league. Sublimely elegant and refined, there’s so much intricacy and toffee-scented depth. It’s a perfect example of how delicious and complex a 20-year-old Tawny Port can be.

Seppeltsfield 100 Year Old Para Vintage Tawny Port

Langton's Classification: Exceptional

Seppeltsfields founder, Joseph Seppelt and his eldest son, Benno, both possessed an incredibly long-term vision and outlook for Seppeltsfield, working tirelessly to ensure a legacy was passed on to future generations. This is manifest in Benno Seppelts inception of the Centennial Cellar, a remarkable system of laying down and maturing single barrels of vintage Tawny for significant ageing before release. It is believed to be the world's only unbroken lineage of single vintage wines spanning more than 130 consecutive vintages. This amazing resource allows Seppeltsfield to offer the release of wines at the 30, 40, 50,60,70,80 and 90 year anniversaries to mark a special birthday or milestone.
