Our Classic Single Malt, drawn straight from the cask, is the ultimate tasting experience of pure double distilled unpeated spirit. All of the nose and flavour profiles of the Classic Single Malt but ramped up to 11, without dilution, so you can enjoy the whisky as you see fit. Perhaps with a couple of drops of water before indulging. Tasting Notes: Nose: An intensely sweet satin smooth malt with overtones of vanilla, almond meal and jaffa. Palate: The palate is reminiscent of spiced orange Turkish Delight, with a fresh mouth cleansing zestiness all intermingled with malty cereal and cocoa. Rich and sweet without being cloying. Initial sweet malt with creamy, banana notes. Appealing grainy cereal aromas are followed by fresh American oak and hints of liquorice allsorts. The palate delivers spicy fruit-cake flavours with pie crust, cinnamon, and sticky dried fig. Finishes spicy with a maple-y sweetness.
