The world's most famous name in Bourbon, Jim Beam, provide a even more intense and complex Bourbon experience with their Black Label Bourbon. Triple Aged for 6 years, this extra aging in barrel gives the Bourbon a fuller flavour that takes on some great winter spice notes such as cinnamon and nutmeg. Perfect for making a Mint Julep, mixing with Ginger Beer or served on its own over ice.

Maker's Mark is a unique and full-flavoured, hand-made Bourbon, made using the old-style sour-mash method and sealed with the iconic red wax.

Distilling Bourbon is classically American, which is why we named this whiskey Featherbone Bourbon after the innovative product once manufactured in this building a century ago at a time when manufacturing in Michigan was synonymous with American made. The Featherbone was a revolutionary product created and manufactured in Three Oaks by E.K. Warren, a staunch prohibitionist. Today, we create a quite a different kind of Featherbone at Journeyman and find it ironic to be operating a grain-to-bottle distillery in this once dry community. We hope that E.K. would find it in good spirits to see us carrying the torch for manufacturing into the 21st century. Made grain-to-glass using a traditional pot still distillation and a four grain mashbill ensures a rich and viscous spirit that stands up to aging in new charred oak without losing its essence. Wild Turkey is a genuine Kentucky Bourbon, matured in new charred white oak barrels to give it's unique smoothness. Best consumed neat to appreciate it's character; can also be consumed on ice or as a mixer generally with cola or dry ginger ale. Woodford Reserve Double Oaked is matured in separate, charred oak barrels adding a rich and colourful flavour to their Kentucky straight bourbon. Before bottling, the second barrel is deeply toasted before a light charring - extracting additional amounts of soft, sweet oak character. The innovative approach to maturation has crafted a delicious and award winning bourbon whiskey.
