Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum

Black Barrel is a unique small-batch, hand-crafted rum created to commemorate the 310th year anniversary of Mount Gay. Like all their rums, double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in whiskey barrels until they reach maturity. The Master Blender then mixes a higher proportion of double distillates to create this special blend. Aged again in deeply charred bourbon barrels (hence the name), adding a rich complexity and a warm, smooth finish.

Flor de Caña Gran Reserva 7 Year Old Rum

Distilled from 100% renewable energy, fair trade, and kosher certified the Flor de Caña Grand Reserve 7 Year Old Rum is aged in the shadow of an active volcano. It's maturation process is enriched by the unique characteristics of the San Cristobal volcano, the most active in Nicaragua. The fertility of the soil and the volcanic climate which the vessels are exposed to during the aging process along with the volcanic spring water contribute to creating an extremely smooth and wonderfully balanced rum. The Flor de Cana 7 year old Grande Reserve is a clean and precise style of rum. It's produced from molasses, harvested sugar cane in fields adjacent to the distillery. This sweet dark brown rum is then distilled from the fermented molasses, aged for 7 years in used whisky and bourbon barrels until perfect. Aromas of toasted coconuts, figs, and vanilla, with flavours of dark chocolate and honey on the palate. Long and smooth finish.

Husk Distillers Spiced Bam Bam Rum

Husk Spiced Bam Bam starts as a 3-4 year old barrel aged Australian Agricole rum, which is infused with whole native and traditional botanicals to impart all natural spices. Roasted Australian wattle seed, native ginger and sun-dried orange and mandarin peel combine with golden berries, whole Tahitian vanilla beans and cinnamon quills to create a unique spice flavour rounded and balanced with a sprinkle of local sea salt.
