This blend of rare and hand-selected pot and column still rums are crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, with no added flavours, and have all been aged for a minimum of 15 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica. This rich full bodied rum reveals aromas of toasted almond and delicate hazelnut followed by notes of intense orange peel, rich vanilla and subtle hints of medium roasted coffee and molasses.

Far from the segments clichs, this is not one of those syrupy rums packed with sugar and colourings but rather an authentic rum, with very little added sugar (15g) and no colourings whatsoever. It is a rum from a blend of Dominican Republic (approx. 80%) & Venezuela (approx. 20%), slowly infused with black pepper, ginger, liquorice, vanilla, nutmeg etc for 2 weeks. The rum obtained after maceration is thus naturally spiced and fruity. Whether sipping it on its own or mixing it in a cocktail, it is simply delicious! Tasting Notes: Visual Aspect: COMPAGNIE DES INDES? spiced rum is a deep and powerful light gold colour. It results mostly from the maceration of real botanicals and spices in the rum. The colour in your glass is thus completely natural. Nose: Balanced between the sweetness from the notes of nutmeg, vanilla and the touch of cinnamon and the spicy powerful side with the notes of ginger, pepper and the touch of citruses. It is intoxicating and shows a strong character. Distilled in the old columns of the Factory of Simon-located just in front of The Rum Company-small columns and entirely made of copper, this rum old Martinican was developed in exceptional conditions. The peculiarity of this columns lies in the exhaling of intense perfumes that give the rum a particularly expressive and round profile. This lot was chosen with care by the Maître de Chai and the oenologist of the House, Robert Peronet and Gaëlle Hardy. It is an assembly composed of rums aged between 3 and 10 years in red barrels of Bourbon. It is the gourmet and exotic notes of vanilla, coconut and chocolate that rub shoulders with those of dates and subtle tobacco, which seduced the experts Clément.

Dos Maderas, meaning ‘two woods’ references the unusual maturation of this rum. It was initially aged in the Caribbean for 5 years before a second stint in Spain. The latter takes place at Williams & Humbert's facilities in Jerez with the rum transferred to casks that previously contained “Dos Cortados” (Palo Cortado Sherry). The final stage finishes the rum in x Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. Tasting note: Brilliant amber-gold ochre dazzles in the glass. Moderate aromas of raisin and date cake, raw sugar, dark chocolate, caramel fudge and aged muscat wine, follows through to a silky, easy, graceful delivery; Flavours of liqueur muscat, raisins and honey finishing moderately viscous and medium-sweet with succulent dried fruit and caramel notes in the aftertaste. St Lucia Distillers 1931 3rd Edition... The brand celebrates the inauguration of a new distillery in February 1931 in the Mabouya Valley, near Dennery, in St. Lucia. Matured in 9 different Oak Casks, Deep mahogany core with vibrant amber tones. Full nose of sweet honeyed fruit with hints of chocolate and tobacco. On the palate dry at first then opens up to display great depth and complexity.Balanced and an incredibly long finish, 1931 is the pinnacle of fine rum making.

Winner of a Gold medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2011, this rum has a rich dark gold mahogany colour, wonderful intense nose of sweet raisins, sultanas, hints of tobacco and vanilla from the oak. On the palate strong with sweet honeyed fruit and spices, giving a lovely balanced and complex rum. The Forgotten Casks have not been chill filtered and is a blend of 6 to 11 year old rums: intense, raw and satisfying.
