Organic grape growing principles have been employed to enable the Pinot Grigio grape to truly sing while the fermentation was completed with wild yeast to add a layer of complexity rarely seen in wines like this. Rockmelon, citrus and pear notes all come together to provide an aromatic white wine of ultimate freshness.
