Nuova Scuola "Field Blend Series" La Maria
The blend of two iconic portuguese vatieties: Maria Gomes (Fernao Pires) and Verdelho. Incredibly aromatic upfront, smooth and fruity on the finish. Matches perfectly with spicy foods and asian dishes, as well as sharp cheeses such as Parmiggiano.
Riverbank Estate REBELLIOUS Verdelho
Two separate parcels were hand picked early February from Riverbank Estate's Swan Valley vineyard. This Verdelho was picked early to retain the natural acidity and was crafted in a dry, varietal style. A green tinged bright pale straw. Suble Kaffir lime leaves and lime zest aromatics with a palate of grapefruit flesh, loquat and honeydew melon. A very textural example.
Nuova Scuola Bollicine Sparkling Wine South Burnett
Produced from one of the South Burnett classic varieties, Bollicine is a fresh and crisp, prosecco style sparkling wine. Pairs well with festivities and Wednesdays. PS: Bollicine is an Italian term that translates as "little bubbles". A typical nickname for any sparkling wine.
Macquariedale Organic Wines Marty's Verdelho
After a very dry Spring and Summer the Verdelho grapes were picked at the end of January with excellent natural acidity. The wine was produced exclusively from the free run juice of the press. A long clean finish results from organic grapes. Melons and citrus flavours are pronounced on the palate. To be enjoyed with spicy Asian dishes.
RESERVE VERDELHO
This wine is medium to light straw in colour with a fresh green hue on the edges. The aroma is brimming with citric lemon and lime essence and hints of herbaceousness. There are tropical fruit flavours throughout with a crisp acidic finish.

Contentious Character is a modern and quirky brand based out of the ACT, but with vineyards across many areas of NSW. Their Organic Cowra Verdelho is impressive.Delicate green straw. Plush Verdelho aromatics of full-ripe yellow melon, guava and green pineapple. Bright, positive and opulent throughout, delivering tropical fruit, good balance and gentle length. A confident modern example of the variety.

A fantastically refreshing yet serious bottle of dry white wine from Spain, with a range of aromas and flavors from stony mineral notes to citrus to tropical fruit, its a great match for omelettes or pan-seared white fish.
Bimbadgen Estate Verdelho
Sitting atop a high hill in the heart of the Hunter Valley, Bimbadgen have been producing quality wines like their Verdelho since 1968. Pineapple and tropical fruits arise on the nose followed by a citrus and troplical palate with lovelly herbal notes on the finish.
