Sevenhill Cellars Estate Grown Inigo Clare Valley Grenache

Come savour pure, delicious 91pt Sevenhill Inigo Grenache from vines planted in the 1920s, without a hint of oak. Fresh aromas of strawberries, raspberries, cherries and a nice of cinnamon draw you in, leading to a pretty, finely detailed palate showcasing juicy fruits helmed by tart acidity. Another example of why Aussie Grenache is on the rise. "This is super-pale in the glass, and sets off with a magenta hue. Absolutely vibrant aromas, pretty and fresh; a cascade of pink fruit tumbles over itself to waft toward the nose. The palate is detailed, fresh and pretty, without the muscular, billowing density that grenache can achieve. A fine-boned wine that speaks of sumac strawberries, raspberry Freeza icypole, rhubarb pie, salted licorice and blackcurrant pastille... 91pts" (Erin Larkin, Halliday Wine Companion).

Credaro Family Estate Five Tales Margaret River Chardonnay

Coriole Estate Clark Hill McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

"Coriole has earned its reputation as one of the blue-blood producers of McLaren Vale” (James Halliday). "What Coriole does better than any other McLaren Vale maker is to fashion wines of such balance and finesse ... equipped with the structure, balance and layers of fruit to unfold slowly” (Jeremy Oliver). We're not arguing with these fine critics! Clark Hill, named after the land on which the Coriole estate was built, is an impressively rich blend of lush Cabernet planted in 1988, and spicy Shiraz planted in 1969 when Coriole was set up. Savour subtle lavendar aromas and a melee of plum, cassis and redcurrant flavours lifted by elegant, exotic spice.

Tahbilk Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes used to craft this dazzling Cabernet Sauvignon from Tahbilk Wines were fermented in open vats and then matured in French oak. The resulting wine displays a dark blood red colour. The attractive bouquet offers scintillating aromas of cassis blackberry, mocha and choc which are replicated on the luscious palate. Ripe tannins fuse with layered aromatics and juicy flavours to culminate in a refreshing finale. Drink this fruit driven Cab Sauv immediately upon release or cellared for a decade to allow it to develop gracefully. Suggested food pairings include spiced lamb shoulder, zucchini gratin with tomato confit, and coffee ice cream.

Tahbilk Estate Marsanne

It wouldnt be Tahbilk without Marsanne. First planted on the Estate in the 1860s, we have the largest single holding of this unique varietal worldwide including surviving vines dating back to 1927, amongst the oldest in the world. So it is pretty exciting that the first vintage Estate white is indeed Marsanne!. There is delicious early flavour development with this latest release, the result of a long growing season. Those flavours are fresh and zesty lemon/lime, pear and guava fruits alongside apple blossom and jasmine aromas. Juicy and taut now with savoury and mineral touches, careful cellaring will realise noted marmalade and honeyed notes.

Mountadam High Eden Estate Chardonnay

Displays classic Chardonnay characters of white peach, nectarine and fresh figs. The palate is fresh and vibrant with fruit flavours of citrus and white peach. Maturation in French oak provides subtle nutmeg and clove characters on the palate, while a clean slatey acid backbone provides length and structure to the wine. The wine is complex with no single character dominating the wine. The flavour of the wine persists long after it has left the mouth.

Riverscape Estate Langhorne Creek Shiraz

Willow Bridge Estate 'Dragonfly' Geographe Chardonnay

Riverscape Estate Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

This classy, smooth as silk Cabernet hails from the famous soils of Langhorne Creek. Hurry to reserve your share of this tiny volume red. Dark crimson in the glass, with enticing aromas of blackberry, ripe red cherry, red capsicum and fresh herbs. Hints of dark chocolate sit on the back palate and run to a long, smooth, complex finish. No need to cellar (though you can, for another 3 years or so if you like). It's drinking beautifully now.
