Tsarine Champagne Rosé Brut

Tsarine is made by Chanoine Frères, which was founded in 1730; only the house of Ruinart is older. The Tsarine cuvée was originally created in honour of the Russian tsars, since Russia was a major export market for champagne in the nineteenth century. The ruby pink aspect of this Rose cuvée is striking due to its great depth and exquisite brightness. A delicate effervescence of generous, lively bubbles transports this gourmet cuvée to new heights with merry enthusiasm. Aromas and flavours combine in an aromatic whirlwind of red fruits, including notes of strawberry, redcurrant and blackcurrant. This elaborate balance gives the cuvée power and structure. The finish is long, tart and remarkably fresh. All senses are aroused.

Jacquart Champagne Jacquart Brut Mosaique Non-Vintage

'With 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier, this is a clean, crowd-pleasing blend. It speaks in articulate notes of lemon, pear, red apple, honey, cinnamon and toasted brioche. Fresh and supple in flavour, with a gentle, tangy acid line and chalk-mineral mouthfeel, theres a long, fruity finish with the suggestion of candied fruit.' - Tyson Stelzer. Pommery Brut Royal Non-Vintage

Established in 1836, Madame Pommery is credited with creating the first vintage brut style of Champagne in 1874, at a time when most champagnes were excessively sweetened with sugar. This revolutionary dry style set the benchmark for the rest of Champagne and it is in this spirit that the style of Pommery endures; with each cuvée displaying sublime elegance, finesse and freshness. Pommery is one of the few Champagne Houses that produces their large formats in the actual bottle in order to allow for optimal ageing.

Castelnau Champagne Brut Reserve

Located in the heart of Reims, Champagne, Castelnau represents the very essence of the region, with access to 900 hectares of vineyards across 155 crus, creating a unique grape growers collective that guarantees exceptional supply possibilities for the production of outstanding Champagne. Known for its extensive lees ageing, Champagne Castelnau has a long established reputation for its top quality range. This is the " signature dish" of the House of Castelnau with its stand-out characteristic of long maturation. The strength of the toasty notes from the Chardonnay recedes gradually to allow the sensation of spicy overtones of thyme and bay leaf to emerge. There are hints of white tobacco and dried flowers as well. Thanks to the presence of the reserve wines in the blend you begin to find warm praline flavours and toasted, grilled notes, gingerbread, almond, hazelnut balanced by fruit notes of peach and ripe apricots. The freshness on the palate comes from the Chardonnay in the blend and this also brings elegance to the finished wine.

Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial
