The best oak is lavished on Odyssey, and is absorbed by the rich, dense fruit with ease. 5 years+ in our programme and the oak integration is complete, the tannins softened and the texture silken. A special occassion wine at the best of times, the 2013 vintage is still improving and should retain its best attributes for another ten years.
