A full flavoured wine with a palate of black fruit and chocolate with delicate spice notes. The Estate range is a blend of some of our finest Shiraz parcels from across Langhorne Creek. The wine was carefully crafted in small open fermenters with extended skin time ensuring optimal flavour development and then matured in new American oak. It has great length and integrated tannin making it perfect for that special event. Drinking beautifully now, but has the structure to reward patient cellaring for 10 or more years.

This McLaren Vale Shiraz is loaded with vibrant fruit, with a mid palate structure that's rich and ripe. Soft and smooth the whole way through, beautifully made wine.
