Beginning life as one of our development gins, we have taken our London Dry Gin which is crafted using locally sourced botanicals and masterfully infused this with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb sourced from the famous 'Rhubarb Triangle'. These unique ingredients are complemented with water drawn from the world-famous Harrogate aquifer, pure single grain spirit and a handful of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.

A contemporary take on a London Dry Gin Distilled with 24 botanicals including juniper, liquorice root, cassia bark and cardamom for depth and spice, and bergamot orange and kaffir lime for citrus. Sacred Sloe Gin is a bottle of organic sloe gin that has been created by micro-distiller Ian Hart in his family home in Highgate. Sloe berries, known for their bitterness, are soaked in sugar and gin to create this deliciously rich and fruity liqueur with an extra dash of juniper. Sloe Gin dates back to the late 18th century when thorny sloe hedgerows were planted to protect fields from wandering animals. As sloes are too bitter to eat, they were soaked in gin and sugar in order to be more palatable. Sacred Spirits is a family run distillery based in Highgate, London. They proved that vacuum distilled spirits are every bit as flavourful (one could argue more!) than their pot distilled brethren. Vacuum distillation occurs at a much lower temperature, leaving the uncooked distillate lusher and fresher.
