Rich stone fruit, with aromas of citrus. The palate has ripe grapefruit and clean finish.

The Usher Tinkler Reserve Chardonnay was produced from grapes grown on the "Fence Block" vineyard in the Hunter Valley, planted by the Tinkler family in 1981. The vineyard is sustainably farmed, and the grapes all harvested by hand before being basket pressed and barrel fermented. After fermentation the wine was then barrel aged for 5-6 months. This Chardonnay is robust with flavours of ripe melon and lemon characteristics, with a hint of French oak and complexity.

Two Rivers Reserve Chardonnay from New South Wales' famous Hunter Valley region shows peach, melon & citrus with toasty French oak.

This Chardonnay delights with a vibrant interplay of citrus and nectarine notes, subtly kissed by French oak. The natural acidity contributes to its remarkable length and driving energy, leading to a delightful finale of vanilla pannacotta and hazelnuts

Subtle aromas of vanillin oak and melon, with a hint of green pear. Oak and fruit are well balanced. A rich fruit palate combines with a creamy texture from the French Oak treatment. The aftertaste is clean, with lingering peach flavours. Drinks well now, but will continue to improve with 3-4 years further cellaring.

Named Oakdale after the original Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard name, The Oakdale Chardonnay is only produced from the most exceptional parcels of grapes, found in our 40 year old Oakdale Chardonnay block. These grapes were harvested during the second week in February from the Oakdale Chardonnay block. The grapes were pressed, cold settled and racked to French oak barriques for fermentation with 50% new oak and left to mature for 8 months. The wine was racked and lightly fined with skim milk, filtered and bottled.

The Stockhausen Chardonnay was created by Briar Ridge in a style paying homage to the pioneers of the Hunter Valley around 40 years ago. It is rich and creamy with ripe peach and tropical notes.

The Audrey Wilkinson Chardonnay shows layered peach, melon and citrus fruit flavours on the palate, both plush and textured, waves of exotic fruit are framed by a fine line of acid.
