The bouquet is extremely complex with hints of spice, aniseed, wood smoke and flashes of star anise. The palate is rich and lush from start to finish and has excellent breadth and length. The mid palate explodes withluscious blood plum fruits in the mix, chalky tannins & a neat touch of fresh raspberry acidity to finish. The balance impeccable.
