The Thing range is Sorby Adams' flagship Shiraz. It is sourced from a vineyard above sea level in Eden Valley. The low-yeielding crops produced wines that had rich aromas of ripe plums, black fruits and wild cherry with hints of warm spices and vanilla oak. A beautifully balanced wine with a length finish.

Chocolate, pepper plum aromas, rich dark berry fruits with herb and spice on the palate, well balanced by ripe soft tannins.

This wine sourced from premium Australian wine regions, has ripe dark berry fruit flavours with subtle oak and fine tannins.

The Aberfeldy has vibrant magenta colour with aromatics of cherry, plum, dark berries and chocolate complemented by the oak derived characters of clove, nutmeg and vanilla. The palate is full bodied with dark berry conserve flavours, balanced oak and firm tannin generated from a dry, low yielding vintage.
