Wilde Gluten Free presents as a golden Pale Ale. Careful selection of hop variety gives the beer a citrus and pine character in the aroma with floral hints which rounds out the beer, with a bitter but clean, flavoursome finish. A slight tartness from the malt balances nicely with the bitterness, giving a lift that leaves you wanting more. The beer has been crafted with no added sugar, colour, nor preservatives. The Summer Dusk is an Amber Lager inspired by beautiful summer evenings in our backyard of Noosa, where the sky explodes with colour. This Lager is refreshing and full-flavoured, boasting a fine amount of specialty dark malts balanced by tropical fruit hop flavours and aromas.

Green Beacon Brewing Co Wayfarer American Wheat is a smooth beer with tropical fruit flavour.

This is our take on the American Red Ale style. This little brew has been hopped with Tasmanian Ella Hops giving her a subtle yet moreish apricot & pine nose. A complex grain bill of 7 different malts have created a biscuity, earthy ale with an apricot/passionfruit hopped taste, with a nice undertone of bitterness. It's easy to fall for and impossible to have only one. Note; We originally used fresh hops from 2017's harvest in this brew. Picked less than 24hrs before we brewed with them, these little green buds of bitterness brought a fresh bite to the ale that had to be tasted to believed. It's fair to say we loved it so much we just had to keep making it, and it turns out, she is now one of our most popular brews.

Killer Sprocket Amber Ale pours a clear, deep ruby-copper with a thin, quickly dissipating head. Utilising Pale, Munich, Crystal and Chocolate malts, its bouquet reveals a backbone of toffee, with caramel and dark fruit supporting, and a pleasingly slight level of roasting. In the mouth, Cascade, East Kent Goldings and Amarillo hops, used subtly, provide a wonderful balance to the malt, showing good dryness to correspond with the malts predominant sweetness, and allow the beer to finish bitter.

A trio of American hops generate aromas of pine and gardenia & flavours of tart citrus fruits followed by a slight lychee, melon and apricot jam after taste.

Easy drinking full strength beer made with familiar Australian hops. A great session ale.

Blood Oranges are awesome. They give you a vitamin C hit and you get to pretend you are a fruit vampire, sucking the life out of your helpless victim. Sweet.

This malt driven American Pale has been given a fresh twist with the addition of southern hemisphere hops. Rye malt adds a tart and creamy finish, which combined with the orange rind and passionfruit character of the hops delivers a clean and balanced summer ale.
