This Fiano is intensely flavoured and aromatic. The nose is of home grown apricots, lifted with hints of florals, citrus and nectarine. Firm acid frames the fruit giving presence and depth. Chalky minerality is underlain with a dash of honey and spice to finish. A beautiful bright and textural wine, with great length. This Fiano matches well with Italian dishes and seafood.

Deep gold in colour, it has aromas of honey, toffee, figs and butterscotch, and complex flavours of dates, buttered honey, figs and maple syrup. Enjoy the Classic Topaque on its own, or pair it with bacon or smoky pork cuts for main or sticky date pudding for dessert.Barrel aged styles like this are already aged, so open within a year of purchase for best freshness. This wine has the classic dark cherry, dried herbs and spice aromas that you would expect from the southern part of the Barossa. The palate has intense dark berry flavours wrapped up with mouthcoating chocolaty texture ; think black forest cake. The other hallmark of this vineyard is the acidity which gives length and persistence to the palate and longevity to the wine.

The 2021 Shiraz has a deep crimson colour with ruby tints. The nose has dominant vibrant berry notes of blackberry, mulberry and raspberry, with plum richness, mint and a floral hint. The palate has richness of berries and plums with a hint of chocolate. Rich tannins are well balanced with fresh acidity and chocolate, with a medium long finish.

This light red wine has elegant cherry hues with aromas of sweet cherry, delicate oak, strawberries and smoked meat. The palate is savoury, vibrant and full, with spicy vanilla, cherry, strawberry and watermelon flavours, very fine tannins and a firm finish. Sangiovese is a classic warm climate variety, traditionally served with pork and fennel, but suited to easy Italian dishes such as pasta, pizza or a selection of cured meats. Serve at room temperature in the winter, or chill lightly in the summer.
