Salmon pink in colour, this prosecco Rosé has aromas of musk and rose petals derived from blending King Valley Prosecco with Grenache and Pinot Noir red wine. Once blended, the palate shows dominant flavours of strawberry and raspberry. The mid palate gives way to a crisp structure and fresh finish.

No simple lemonade characters here, but rather some depth in aroma and flavour. Granny Smith apples, grapefruit, pear skin, preserved lemon. This wine is a light straw colour with lime hues. The nose explodes from the glass with sweet sherbet, lemon, lime and jasmine aromas. Yeasty and earthy characters add complexity, with added brioche notes. The palate is creamy and refreshing zingy with lemon, lime acidity. The wine has lovely length and softness with a touch of sweetness but a long dry finish. Serve with Sydney rock oysters or lightly grilled scallops topped with lemon zest.

Bright, fresh and pure, with an elegant mix of white and yellow fruit, silken texture, crunchy acidity and some faint herb and grilled nut characters to finish.

Hand picked grapes from cool climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba were used to craft a methode traditionelle sparkling wine of the highest quality. Lifted aromas of green apple and citrus on the nose, and after extended time on lees the palate is soft and creamy with brioche characters.
