Mount Mary Chardonnay
At Mount Mary they aim to make a Chardonnay of great length that is able to reach a balance between complexity & finesse. Unashamedly Burgundian in concept, local Yarra Valley practices are employed to fully express the unique terroir, including the wine not going through Malolactic fermentation as Mount Mary's cool-climate leaves the fruit with ideal acidity when picked. Matured in 20% new French barriques with the remainder in older barrels and large casks and along with grape solids, this is a Chardonnay of impressive texture and complexity.
Giant Steps Sexton Vineyard Chardonnay
Giant Steps plays it's part in the rapid accension of Australian Chardonnay back to the position it once held here. That being of the king of white varieties. This is a very stylish numbe from Phil Sexton and his team. Stonefruit, melon and butterscotch characters are supported by vanillin oak and the palate is long and textured with a clean crisp finish.
Yarra Yering Carrodus Chardonnay
Yarra Yering Dry Red No 2
From some of the earliest plantings of Shiraz in the Yarra Valley with vines dating back to 1969. Shiraz (96%) co-fermented with small parcels of Viognier, Marsanne and Mataro aged 12 to 18 months in 50% new French oak barrels produces a wine that is perfumed and feminine with the tannins and acidity as integral to the wine as the fruit. Proven to age for 25+ years, Yarra Yering Dry Red No 2 was the first Cote Rotie style blend made in Australia
Mount Mary Quintet
Australia's premier cool climate Cabernet. It was John Middleton's dream to create such a wine and purchased the Mount Mary property in the Yarra Valley in 1971 to persue this dream. Quintet is his dream realised and is a blend of the classic Bordeaux varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec.

Mount Mary Pinot Noir
Mount Mary Pinot Noir is extremely rare and hard to find. Don't miss any opportunity to buy this rare Pinot Noir from one of the Australia's premier cool climate producers. The Pinot Noir is supple and fresh with strong tannins which need more time to develop but will blossom into a magnicent example of the style.
Bannockburn S.R.H. Chardonnay
This is Bannockburn's flagship white wine, and it's again in imperious form. Named for Bannockburn founder Stuart Reginald Hooper, the SRH Chardonnay uses fruit sourced from just 12 rows of their oldest Chardonnay vines at Olive Tree Hill Vineyard. Here the vines have roots deeply embedded in the ancient marine sediments that form the bedrock in this area, resulting in its signature minerality year after year. This distinct minerality perfectly balances the luscious, golden, powerful fruit that these few vines produce. It's a show-stopping wine and a must for lovers of iconic Australian Chardonnay. "An effete comparison, but this is the most Burgundian chardonnay of the suite... This will age exceptionally well."- 95pts, Ned Goodwin MW (JamesSuckling.com)
