Te Matas Hawkes Bay estate is a prestigious winery with a rich history, producing some of New Zealands most celebrated wines. Deep red-purple in colour showing dark plum, clove, sarsaparilla root, brambly fruit on the nose and palate, lifted by a touch of fresh sage. An elegant full -bodied wine with flowing cranberry and rhubarb flavours, subtle fennel/liquorice and a hint of minerality. Breathtaking poise that finishes rich with lingering, fine tannins.

This Gris from the home of the long white cloud offers creamy pear notes, honey and hints of caramel with citrus and vanilla. The palate reflects the nose with it flavours of ripe pear and honey layered with guava. There is a creamy weight when drinking and it trails rich flavours of tangerine. Ideally suited to drink with with pasta, parsley and parmesan or poached salmon and wild mushrooms.

The Gonnet family has been settled in Bédarrides since 1600. The domain's holdings are made up of several vineyards, most of which are named after local landmarks, including Font de Michelle, La Crau, and La Pierre Plantée. Etienne Gonnet created Font de Michelle in 1950. Since 2006, Guillaume Gonnet has served as owner and winemaker of his family's Châteauneuf-du-Pape estate. In addition, he and his Australian wife Kelly have created this remarkable line of signature cuvées.

The Gimblett Gravels Chardonnay is made using very traditional winemaking techniques involving wild yeasts and the use of French oak barriques. The resulting wine is always finely flavoured and softly textured with a linear elegance that allows the wine to retain its freshness. Lovely aromatics of white flowers, peach, biscuit and flint. Integrated fresh flavours of stone fruits, lemon zest and roasted nuts create a generous and complex feel across the palate which is elegant and long on the finish.

Oyster Bay 2014 Pinot Gris offers a palate of elegant, aromatic and refreshing flavours. A lightly scented floral flavour mixed with a hint of zesty lime provides for an exciting new taste. The 2014 Pinot Gris is described as being elegant and refreshing with honeysuckle and a touch of spice. Hints of soft pear, with a crisp apple make this wine very fresh.

Oh yeah. Don't miss out on this sexy, slippery wine exuding lychees, nuts and nashi pears (and yes we do believe there's a difference nashis are light and crisp while still having a depth of sweet fruit flavour).
