Saint Crispin is the patron saint of the Shoemaker, who lived at the bridge over Snobs Creek. This wine is an un-oaked blend, sourced from the colder climate of South East Australia. Several blending trials were undertaken to develop the best of these two wine varieties. The Serafino Fiano is a bright vibrant wine, displaying intense citrus and floral characters. The wine is crisp and refreshing with layers of flavour and a fine mouthwatering finish.

Brown lime cordial, frangipani, lemon drops, nectarine and elderflower. A complex and refreshing nose that follows on to the palate with typical toasty nuts, nougat, and citrus. Medium-bodied and textural with a mouthfeel that radiates from the centre of the palate and clings to the side of the mouth. A juxtaposition of fat and skinny, soft but acidic, green but ripe. Superbly complex white wine from a warm climate.

Our Fiano is a modern Australian interpretation of this delicious Italian grape variety. Aromas of honeydew and white peach with hints of citrus blossom and kaffir lime. On the palate we taste an array of complex fruits from white peach and semi dried white nectarine, to white saffron pear and citrus with classic creamy texture that is Fiano. The wine finishes refreshingly dry and crisp. A great partner with salads, seafood, light poultry and a refreshing drink on its own.
