Their Chardonnay is made up of four French Chardonnay clones from the Ashwood vineyard and shows a crisp front palate with lifted layers of aromatic fruit. This is a lightly oaked Chardonnay matured in old French oak. The oak maturation has given the wine zesty aromas of stone and citrus fruits.
