Made from vines planted in 2002, the fruit was harvested at moderate ripeness, based on flavour and retention of natural acidity, then barrel fermented in French oak and aged for a further ten months. Attractive aromas of citrus and tropical fruits with hints of nougat and talc. The medium weight textural palate displays vibrant flavours of citrus fruits, dried pears and some riper tropical notes.
