On the nose it’s varietal and has aromas of pear, apple and citrus with a slight hint of floral characters. The palate is a burst of citrus underpinned by balanced sweetness and acidity. Try it chilled with a variety of seafood.

Since 1884 Beenleigh has been Australia's Rum. A superb WA classic from Five Red Star Howard Park, originally set up by John Wade and named in honour of his father, now part of Burch Family Wines, a founding member of Australia’s First Families of Wines. “No barrel fermentation or lees working, the two varieties having a close natural affinity with each other. Citrus and green pea marry with passionfruit and gooseberry, citrus the lead player. One of those wines made for consumption, not nerdy wine conversation... 91 points” (Halliday).

This is classic Clare Riesling that has come directly from one of the finest exponents in this legendary, boutique Aussie hotspot. A very high quality, pristine Riesling, bursting with all those classic lemon, lime and floral notes.

The Houghton story goes back as far as 1836 and since those early beginnings, they have been responsible for some of the finest wines made in this country. The Late Picked Verdelho shows aromas of tropical fruit leading to a palate that is full, soft and fruity with good texture. A very versatile wine, try with spicy Thai dishes or crème caramel.

In keeping with the Australian cool climate style of Riesling, the Murrumbateman Riesling is a particularly dry and refreshing wine. Flavours of lemon and citrus are complimented by notes of green apple. Murrumbateman Riesling is clean and fresh on the palate. Very refreshing to taste.
