One of the hard part of winemaking process is blending. Each of the variety had to shine yet not overpowering others in the same blend. In particular this case, the Traminer and Riesling are both delicate and aromatic variety. De Bortoli has found that balance in this fruit driven medium dry white. Resulting with a wine that displays musk stick and mango on the nose and a clean finish.

Fresh and floral, there's ample citrus and orchid fruits with perfectly balanced acidity for line and length. It works perfectly with or without food. Single block Riesling from our East Coast Hazards vineyard. The Devil's Corner Resolution Riesling would be perfect with a range of seafood dishes. Lightly battered whiting fillets seared with a garden salad and a lime vinaigrette would be perfect. As would a roasted lemon infused chicken with an Asian slaw. Don't forget the oysters or calamari!

Brown Brothers are well known for their quality sweet style wines and create the ever popular Crouchen Riesling that exhibits aromas of white peach, pear, even a little lychee. On the palate there is abundant sweet fruit with generous length provided by residual sugar and soft acidity.

Wolfberger Alsace Yellow Riesling has become quite a favourite amongst our first Choice customers. Refreshing, yet racy on the mouth, this is a wine with lovely fruit flavours and a long finish. It's unlike what you've come to expect from Australian Rieslings with a touch of residual sweetness on the finish making it perfect with shellfish and sushi.
