Hungerford Hill Verdelho has proven itself to be best suited to warmer viticultural climates, such as the Hunter Valley, where a complex unwooded style flavour ripeness is achieved and expressed early in the growing season allowing a fuller flavoured aromatic white wine. Brilliant youthful green in colour. A pungent aroma of spicy citrus, musk stick and hints of lavender whilst the palate is constant and complemented with hints of lemon and passionfruit with a subtle linear acid structure.

This wine has rich tropical fruit characters with a long, lingering finish.

In the glass: Pale and bright.On the nose: Fragrant citrus and tropical fruit lift.On the palate: Ripe and juicy, strongly varietal with tropical pineapple and ginger spice notes. Shows a sweet fruit core but remains clean and dry with fresh yet soft acidity. Classic Hunter Verdelho.

Tulloch Verdelho is an exciting aromatic white that was harvested at night to retain the fresh natural acidity found in the quality fruit. The wine itself has honeydew melon notes with a real citrus blossom lift. The long, engaging palate has a real zest to it with a fine acid backbone treating the drinker with a long, crisp finish.

The Scarborough Offshoot Verdelho starts with aromas of green tea with hints of tropical fruit, pink lady apples and honeysuckle. The palate shows botanical characters of sage, orange blossom, citrus rind, mint and lemon pith.

Travertine's Vineyard sits on a limestone formation near the Belford Dome. This forms the foundation for our range of Hunter wines. Appearance: Light straw Aroma: Tropical fruits and melons over citrus base. Palate: Ripe rich melons with a hint of passionfruit flow through the palate with balanced acidity, leading into a dry lemon savoury finish. Enjoy with poached fish or chicken with steamed greens.

The 2018 Late Harvest Verdelho is a great option for drinkers who love a fruity finish. Appearance: Pale straw. Aroma: Ripe tropical melons and passionfruit. Palate: Rich tropical fruit salad with peach, melons, passionfruit and pineapple. Full luscious mouthfeel with long lingering finish. Drink chilled with spicy Asian food, charcuterie board or citrus tart for dessert.

After a very dry Spring and Summer the Verdelho grapes were picked at the end of January with excellent natural acidity. The wine was produced exclusively from the free run juice of the press. A long clean finish results from organic grapes. Melons and citrus flavours are pronounced on the palate. To be enjoyed with spicy Asian dishes.

This wine is medium to light straw in colour with a fresh green hue on the edges. The aroma is brimming with citric lemon and lime essence and hints of herbaceousness. There are tropical fruit flavours throughout with a crisp acidic finish.
