Elephant in the Room Chardonnay is medium, deep straw yellow in colour with a highly expressive nose of ripe peach and melon aromas, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst peach, guava and melon flavours with a rich and soft texture building to a mouthcoating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

A classic style, Stonehaven Chardonnay is medium bodied with generous peach, passionfruit flavours, complemented by sweet vanilla oak to a long and soft buttery finish.The Stonehaven winery was built in 1998 by Hardy’s, with a focus to express what the Limestone Coast can offer as a region. Now in the hands of C.W. Wines, we have released Stonehaven back into the market, with a refreshed look and campaign, targeting the modern-day wine drinker. Patrick Sullivan Chardonnay Baw Baw Shire Made from the south-facing slope of Patrick Sullivans Bull Swamp vineyard. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed to a new 2000 litre oval vat. Fermentation takes place over 10 days with full malolactic fermentation following immediately after.
