Beautifuly crafted Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. With big names like Devils Lair, McHenry Hohnen, & Flowstone as neighbouring vineyards you can expect a lot from Arlewood Cabernet. Wine whisperer Stuart Pym has crafted this pure Cabernet Sauvignon loaded with dusty red cherry and blueberry flavours that hit all the right notes.

Elegant flavours of dark cherry and star anise are supported by sweet tannins, the typical line and length of this variety enhanced by a fine backbone of cedary mocha oak.

This Cabernet Merlot exhibits ripe cassis, dark chocolate and licorice aromas. High notes of cedary oak and bay leaf add further complexity. The palate unfolds in a myriad of layers of ripe blackcurrant and red fruit interwoven with savoury oak. The long and flavoursome finish is well supported by dry and fine grained tannins.

Classic Margaret River Cabernet can be found in every bottle of Forester Estate's Cabernet Sauvignon. Showing trademark characters of cassis, tabacco, earthiness along with fragrant aroma of mulberry, black currant and dusty oak, that can only be described as exhilarating. Finishing with grace and grainny tannins, this beautiful full bodied Cabernet will reward by careful medium to long term cellaring.

Lifted floral berry fruit aromas with hints of spice and vanillan tones that flow through to dusty cedarnotes from the fine-grained French oak. A rich, smooth palate with complex layers of red and dark berry fruits. The palate is soft and juicy withhints of vanilla, spice and chocolate, supported by fine-grained tannins and perfectly integrated Frenchoak. A soft, fruit driven style of wine that is reflective of its regional varietal characteristics, displaying fruitpurity, structure and balance.

Spicy blend with some red plummy fruit characters to create a wine with full flavour and lovely length. Just right with slow-roasted veal and mushroom casserole.

A deep crimson red which opens with the classical Margaret River nose...fresh varietal notes of bright berried fruits, briar and sea spray, followed by wafts of chocolate and mocha with subtle spiced oak aromas. A medium to full bodied palate shows cassis and Satsuma plum characteristics, leading into the sweet mid-palate depth of chocolate and mocha, finishing with defined talents. The wine is elegant and shows great length of flavour and well-structured palate line. Dark fruited, vibrant, classy, yet highly approachable. Incredibly silky and seductive tannins, with subtle mocha notes. Winemaking: Premium Margaret River Cabernet fermented in open-tops and hand-plunged twice each day.The aim of this wine was to promote the juicy fruit flavours of cabernet so we added in a small portion of Blackwood Valley Malbec to help with that.18 months aging in French Barriques before the blend was formulated.Filtered and bottled on-site.
