Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are sourced from several select vineyard sites located in the Wilyabrup sub region and north to Wildwood Rd in an endeavour to capture ripe fruit flavours, supple tannins and the distinctive perfume of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. A deep and inviting black cherry colour with floral notes of violets and fruity, doughy aromas of just baked blackberry muffins. Miles From Nowhere Best Blocks Cabernet Sauvignon

The juicy grapes used to produce Best Blocks Cabernet Sauvignon were harvested, and crushed into stainless steel fermenters. The juice obtained was pumped over and left on skins. This deep red-hued Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a brick red haze. The aromatic nose flaunts pleasing scents of ripe berries and dry herbs such as aniseed and sage. These fragrances make way for a rich and soft palate filled with concentrated fruit flavours and balanced tannins. This full-bodied Cab Sauv ends in an elegant, yet powerful and long finish. Made for consumption upon release, this mouth watering red wine has the potential to be cellared for six years. It tastes fantastic with mustard and herb crusted rack of lamb, served with sautéed vegetables.

Forester Estate Cabernet Merlot

Always regarded as one of Margaret River's favourite wineries due to the inherant quality. Forester Estate seems to marry beautifully with their value-for-money philosophy. This Cabernet Merlot continues to win wide acclaim due to its dark purple colour and its lifted aromas of raspberries and black forest cake. Rich berry flavours are well balanced by a tight tannin structure typical of quality Margaret River Cabernets. The other great bonus is the ability of this great Cab blend to morph into a true cellar star.

Vasse Felix Classic Dry Red

Vasse Felix produces fine Margaret River reds with great balance and style. This traditional blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon shows sweet mid-palate fruit with liquorice and spice and good tannin structure. Fantastic French oak integration enabling soft tannin complexity and a lovely length of flavour.

Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald.
