This Sauvignon Blanc has been sourced from the beautiful Gumeracha wine region. Crafted with minimal intervention, the wine flaunts a gorgeous green colour with a golden touch. A swirl on the glass exudes aromas of lime, grass, lemon and mango. These aromas seamlessly pave way for a matching palate that is brimming with citrus. The lovely palate is followed by a refreshing finish. You can pair this varietal with delicate fishes, green vegetables or dishes with the tangy dairy ingredient.

This wine is named after the myriad of paths, tracks and trails that dominate the famous Morialta Conservation Park that are lovingly explored by its visitors.The Adelaide Hills wine region is located nearby and is equally famous for its ability to produce some of Australias best loved wines. Our winemakers explored many grape trails across the Hills to track down the best parcels of fruit to go into this wine.

The Heirloom Adelaide Hills has that extra dimension, not just fresh and tangy, but mouth filling with citrus flavours that fulfil and refresh. Almost impossible to over chill this wine, it can be drunk with an amazing array of foods or just by itself. The acidity and freshness is the key to keeping all the flavour to the forefront.
