Henty View 'Eleven' Shiraz
The ‘Eleven’ Shiraz was picked and co-fermented with a small amount of Viognier at the optimum fruit maturation to create a well-balanced wine with big, soft, velvety tannins. Blueberries, cherries, chocolate and cinnamon aromas are evident, with plums, licorice on the palate. This medium to full bodied wine is matured in 1-2 year old American and French oak for 12 months to create subtle, well integrated, oak flavours. 14% Alc/Vol. 750ml Approx. 8.3 Standard Drinks Traditionally fined with egg white and milk. Small World Western Australia Shiraz Cabernet
Small World is the fun, loud sister winery of Miles From Nowhere. They only debuted in 2021, but they are already winning medals from all around the world. For their 2020 vintage Shiraz Cabernet, Small World focused their attention on the Great Southern to provide deep but intensely fruity Shiraz. Mostly dry grown in excellent, low yielding conditions. The Cabernet was primarily sourced from Geographe, where Cabernet can fully ripen to develop silky friendly tannins. Each parcel of fruit is fermented separately with daily tasting to best tailor the extraction and length of time on skins. French and Hungarian oak for a period of 9 to 15 months. Experience aromas of black cherry, clove spice with hints of red currants and chocolate. What follows is a delicious palate of blackberries, dark cherries and chocolate, all married together with savoury oak and spice. Beef cheeks and roast beetroot to pair.
Three Elms Timbertops Shiraz
Deep Crimson with violet hues. There is a very delicate and pretty nose with perfumes aromas and a dash of fig. There are some forest floor flavours with a savoury mid palate and a touch of pepper along with rich plums and black cherries.

This "Quarram Rocks" range is named after a beautiful protected bay in the Southern Ocean. The wines are crafted into “ready to drink now” styles that show great fruit depth and mouth feel. The label depicts the various granitic rocks that crop out over the region.
